Goose and its full title was: Pedes Finium, or Fines Relating to the County of Norfolk levied in the King's Court from the third year of Richard I to the end of the reign of John (i.e. 1161 - 1216). These records of fines are little known as genealogical resources but, in fact, contain early records of great value to both local and family historians. |
